You can flush in the morning apparently, I haven't tried it before but I will do next time. I plan to get up at 6AM, quickly frink the olive oil / citrus mix then go back to sleep till 9 or 10. Also having it in the morning means you don't fast on purpose, as you won't be consuming food when your sleeping through the night.
