Ok, that's good news because the way the citrus messed up my GI tract last time has been holding me back from doing another flush. I also shouldn't use Epsom Salts , but one serving won't hurt + and Epsom Salt bath and some extra Magnesium (it is the magnesium in Epsom Salts that loosens the bile duct to my knowledge, not the Epsom Salts ). I think I will also swap out the olive oil for something less acidic. So, a bit of tab and some oil and let's see what happens! I really need to keep flushing.
