I just wanted to say that you should probably see an ear, nose and throat doctor about that. I had them too as a kid and I was always sick...not just tonsilitis or strep throat, but general illnesses. At my first visit to the dr, he reccommended taking out my tonsils. I had them out and guess what? NOT ONE case of strep in 17 years! My allergies got better and I didn't have that horrible taste/smell in my mouth ever again! You ALWAYS have that bacteria growing in your body and it kicks your immune system into high gear. Get it looked at. You'll feel better!
