hmm. i noticed this lengthy bleeding after my second long fast...shocking it was to me, since I usually stop bleeding almost immediately. This was a small cut on my little toe that 1/2 an hour later had created a sticky mess in my sandal that kept up. But I wonder is these things aren't a means of necessary cleansing for those of us past menses.

hmmm.
