April..
I lost my fast after 2 days.

actually only 45 hours.
it was hard to fast after the week of heavy overeating.

I want to start again right away.
I have NOT overeaten since breaking the fast (only had 600 calories to break and from then till now, 18 hours later, I have not eaten anything... waited for hunger...good for me..)

I don't know when to start or how to get all the preparation done for the fast that I want to get done.

I am experiencing further die-off of yeast/bacteria and am sluggish

my body just wants to go right back to fasting

I really want to learn to respect my body in instances like this and FAST

but i am compulsed back to my drug of choice especially (ironically) with intending to restart the fast soon. Like tomorrow (?)... feel like I have to get in my food fix. horrible way to think and very entrenched and very complex and need to really really really work on that.. so much more complicated than you perhaps think. has to do with issues of people NOT validating my need to fast/push away the food... complicated as I say.. will go into it all later if Ok

well, about the church sign... I think God is nicer than that... I think , just ask God anyway!!! Just ask. Ask and ye shall receive. Did the author of the sign write the bble? no. The bible says ask and ye shall receive. I ask God for the willingness to be willing or whatever. I ask God to show me HOW to fast and let me fast.

Write me back! I am starting again soon, this time for REAL!!!!!
