Your story has pretty much confirmed my experience too. I've not completed the dektriathelon of Liver Flushes that you have, but in the process of working on my adrenal fatigue and hypothyroidism, I've been supplementing with Iodine --125-150mg of Lugols at a time. Iodine supplementation tends to cause detox symptoms as it displaces the bromide in your body. One of the symptoms of hypothyroidism and bromide detox is acne. But bromide Acne is awful, it is red and painful and takes a long time to go away. That is if you don't support the liver. I discovered that taking 1-2 grams of n-acetyl-cysteine daily helped clear up the bromide Acne very quickly. This made me think... what if all Acne is either bromide toxicity and or liver congestion? Now if I get break outs that don't clear up with a little clay mask over night, I start taking the NAC. It works for me.
