As I read more into the Raw Food Explained website, there are some huge contradictions. It almost seems like more than one person wrote this long set of lessons, because in the beginning they advocate a basically 100% fruit diet, but later lessons say that nuts and greens are a must in your diet. What is going on?

Also, I just finished an eight day water fast, and today is the third day of refeeding. I still feel weak and unmotivated. I'm thinking about doing another fast. How long should I wait?
