good grief. I feel like Tom Hanks on the tropical island. No its not really good at all, its covering up symptoms, not fixing them. like painting a turd. it gives the illusion of health, while you rot away on the inside. anytime you see mainstream medicine push something, be very suspicious. very... its not natural, its a drug. and it acts in the body like a drug, and has side effects, just like a drug... even at low doses.

but, i will give them credit for one thing. they have done a really excellent job of getting people to buy into this. so much so that people will not even consider whether something else is happening here...

if nature really meant us to gobble up 10,000iu of vit d a day, nature would have made a vit D tree that grew vit d berries. how about some critical thought? grz? i know you know hot to read and understand the studies I posted... anyone?
