Although I fasted in July-Aug before, I think Summer is a hard time to fast, simply because there is such potential for fresh, ripe, delicious food. Good time to go mostly raw though...

Anyway, I just wanted to mention, the new moon of August is the 10th--and that would probably be a good time to start a Wfast.
