so happy to see you! How are you? from Powerray. PS I am fasting now -- almost in day 3! your posts help me keep my spirits up. This is THE KEY for me. Trying to get to feeling happy right now... what's up with you? I would love to hear from you!

MST, congratulations on your hard work fasting. I know you will succeed. Message me for support any time. I am fasting now, almost in day 3. I would like to fast 21 days! I am committed to EXTREMELY GENTLE, "sober" eating afterward... basically I have "put down" my overeating habit, as a LIfe Choice. THis is big news!!!!I think this psychological healing is an effect of my fasting. Looking forward to hearing about your further experiences. Powerray
