Has anyone had any luck with magnesium oil and what symptoms did it help?

I take magnesium citrate but found at the dosage I need according to my weight I starting getting diarhea. So I want to cut the dose in half and maybe try some oil along with it.

Conditions I have:

Fatigue even after 8 hrs sleep
Depression (but am weaning from meds)
Acne (at 33)
irritibility
PMS
Heavy periods
anxiety panic attacks (but these lessened with supplementing mag/calcium)
brain fog at times
loss concentration
trouble swallowing (gag frequently weird but happens alot)
possible Chronic-Fatigue-Syndrome doctors not sure my (epstein barr was high)
