Joining you as well, for 21 days,
Thursday, June 17th is Day One for me.
Day 21 will be July 7th.
So almost in Day Two now.
I'm concentrating on doing-something-for-myself-in-life, as regards mission/work/purpose, which I don't do, enough, and which problem food ordinarily suppresses my awareness of. Also, I am taking the approach of "deciding to feel well" throughout this fast (yet still be totally moved and healed as Water Fasting necessarily results in--as Chiron says . the Water Fast the radical mover -- exactly my sense of it. Kind of bringing myself to a place where I have to surrender, and really trying to be still and surrender (lest the experience be painful). I have to practice some stillness and intend to. DEciding to feel well is a complex proposition: I don't want to interfere with my detox or conversion experience I just don't want to actively make things worse for myself in the way one can with attitude... or just inadequate distraction. i want to take this fast gently and lightly.
