Try adding Fulvic Acid to the mix with ALA and I think you will find that you have very few detox symptoms.

The above is the cheapest and purest -- this guy is the only one I have found who does not seem to be after all the money he can lay his hands on and he uses pure rainwater as a mix (great fertilizers too!)per gallon-- about $45 a month if you add 1 tsp to your ALA 3 times a day.
