We have also a lot of different beers, but it is not very good for your health :(

Beer is as nasty tasting as coffee

Beer is rich in silica, which is its only redeeming quality. Although it also increases uric acid production and inhibits uric acid excretion.

Beer is also very estrogenic. Same applies to gin, ouzo and whiskey. It is the estrogenic effect of beer that gives men "beer bellies" and moobs.
