I'm at the bottom of my coral calcium, and was just reordering. I've been taking 2,000 mg every 2 hours. I have the powdered carbonate (bleck) I could be taking until I get more coral calcium ordered. I haven't tested as needing MSM for quite a while, and all of a sudden the MSM, NAC, moly, TMG, and Lysine are needed with the coral calcium. I didn't even feel like I was starting into another copper dump, but supplements needed were big indicators.

What I suspect, is my liver is now dumping a bunch more copper, after getting the biliary cancer and tumor dealt with that were blocking bile flow.

Something else I keep forgetting that I know is important too..water soluble fiber for trapping toxic bile, so it will be eliminated and not recirculate.

I'm going to go fix steel cut oats for lunch.
