What a helpful reply, thanks so much. I was looking into juicers last night and from what I've deduced, masticating is better than centrifugal. What do you use?

I want to get on board with this juicing thing, do you recommend Dr. Jensen's book you mentioned (for our problem) or other books as well? I have no idea where to start, never juiced before.

So you credit the thick stools to IF1? Is that the same as Dr. Schulz's Intestinal formula #1?

I def have cut out my supplements and won't be doing any Liver Flushes until I get my bowels back to normal.
