Though I am a little late to this post I still wanted to join you.
After eating the "healthy way" for several years and still had high cholesterol someone pointed me to the metabolic typing forum. It is now may be 3/4 years ago that I changed back to meat and eggs and it made me feel much better. I still do this but I can add some carbs at times.
I am going to order this book right now too.
