You should be getting result within a few days, two weeks at the most, imho. Otherwise switch to something else or increase the dose. Listen to your body to find the right dose for you. The vitamin companies are afraid to recommend a dose that is high enough to be very effective because then their products will compete with pharmaceutical drugs, and get pulled off the market. And because if someone is heavily infected, and they take the recommended dose, they could get very ill, and got to the doctor, and the doctor reports it to the CDC and the product gets pulled. You have to figure out what does is the right dose for you by listening to your body. You don't want to over load your body with too much die off to detox. But you do want to stay ahead of the pathogenic colonies that are infecting you. That requires a willingness to "herx". Sounds like you are willing. Just a matter of finding out what dose of which product will be the most effective to combat the critters that are ailing you. Then take round after round after round until they are all gone, giving your body resting periods and using something milder to prevent reinfection, and routine maintenance after they are all gone.
