Please do not respond to any more of my posts. And for the record, I did not tell her to eat egg whites. She asked me what the 6 foods were that I ate, and I answered her question. I never recommended or suggested for her to eat them. PLEASE READ!

There is something SERIOUSLY wrong with this guy. One look at the profile pick says it all for me.

Cora and Kakie, I'm not here to give anyone advice, again, only tell my story, share my experience, and answer the questions you guys ask me so we can try and help each other. I know that alot of the people that come to this forum are desperate but I pray that you guys have enough knowledge to take some of the things that people say on here with a grain of salt. You know your own body better than anyone. Some seem to think they are the resident expert with several medical degrees. If so, they wouldn't be on here either.
