 Anyway..would appreciate any suggestions on getting some relief of this constipation ..what do I do?

Have you tried kefir or cultured foods to restore the flora? Peristalsis in the intestines is regulated by the serotonin produced by the flora. 

The flora also generate acids that can help dissolve the bentonite.
