Don't forget to get your vitamin D levels checked too. The immune system cannot work properly if you're deficient. You want your level to be at least in the 60ng/ml. Folks with supposed autoimmune diseases like lupus and MS are finding improvement in symptoms when they address their vitamin D deficiency.
