Well, about dairy... I have been making my own yogurt out of goat cheese rinds. I using it with a chemical Sugar supplements. I stopped doing this about 2 weecks ago.
Now for breakfast ,just fruit juices and a slice of bread.
I have a supply of calcium just sitting in my bed stand. So ..I'll start today.Some say Folic acid is good too.
And many thanks about using it in my eyes, it just scary to get hit by this disease.Your eyes feel like a boiled hard egg.
You never know when it is going to show up, the pains are so huge you don't want to do anything , going out is an adventure.Have troubles walking.You can end up in a wheelchair.
The worst thing is has taken so long to figure out what was wrong. I have had so many wrong diagnosis.Plus the puzzle face I have seen in Dr. faces.....it is avery rare disease.
Even they sent me to a mental healt Doc.
So to everyone who has cronic fatigue, pain all over, big headaches, aftas in the mouth, sores in the face, and eye ulcers. Watch up for this sickness....Behcet's disease.
