Hi,

Just wondering, say if I just decided to imediately mix extra virgin olive oil and grapefruit juice together and drink it without any preperation time before that with the Epsom Salts or fasting, would I get ANY benefit out of it? And if not, would it do me any arm (as in be sick, bad for health etc).

And if I could miss the Epsom Salts out but NOT the fast, how about if I took the olive oil/grapefruit mix early in the morning (about 6am) so my stomach would be relitively emtpy due to me sleeping and i could go back to bed straight after ive taken it?
