SPORANOX® Capsules and SPORANOX® Oral Solution should not be used interchangeably. Only the oral solution has been demonstrated effective for oral and/or esophageal candidiasis.

under Sporanox dosage and administration. When I read this, I immediately called the manufacturer, and yep, it's true. I even asked the pharmacist and he pulled out the package insert and it states the same thing.
