Moly not everyone can drink oils and eat an animal flesh all the time. Cutting carbs is maybe the best way to lose weight and this is what you want to achieve but in long term this diet will cause a seriously damages.

Everything depends on situation.
Hveragerthi said it:
"Regardless of what any book or website says we need a balanced diet. High protein is not good. High carbohydrate is not good, High fat is not good. What is good is a balanced diet providing some of each of these. And with some people having certain conditions the balance may need to be altered. For example protein has to be limited in people with kidney failure."

Healthy blood Sugar levels can be achieved with a diet that is mainly based on carbohydrates as long as those carbs' are complex-carbs found in their natural state and are not refined. Our bodies also need carbohydrates more than any other substance. Our muscle-cells and brains are designed to run on carbohydrates. I don't want to force my body to convert the healthy fats in energy. I would choose to get some carbs from banana or any fruit for example and to not eat fats in excess.

Of course too much carbs are bad if you stay at home and watch TV all day and long term can kill you. We should eat depend on situation and goal we want to achieve.

The truth is really in moderation and situation!
