Thanks for the notes.......I have some reading to do

I have a few questions for you.

1. What is the latest doctrine? I found a v2.02 about 2 months ago.....is there a more recent.

2. So when i get my equipment on Wednesday probably, what is the first thing I can do? Can I hook it up right away? Or will that make things start happening right away so I need to get some other supps/etc in place first.

I have ala from vrp, 100mg
Are you taking it every 3 hours per cutlers protocol, or does the doctrine allow a different dosage schedule?
