Interesting that you mention prayer. I have learned the same. Not as diligent or disciplined as you - but I have my means and methods.

The weight loss was one of the first symptoms. I could not swallow. Still have tons of trouble eating. In fact, it's probably gotten worse. Candida diet - ha. I don't have a "diet". I purchase everything I should - only whole foods, etc., but everything just rots in the fridge. It's totally insane, and a waste of money.

I've cut out Sugar pretty much entirely (I will eat fruit if and when I can eat) - but otherwise, I'm about 99.9% on a liquid diet due to the inability to eat. So no - it is not from anything intentional.

I'd love to know what those 6 foods are. Would also like to know what foods appeared super high on the allergy list. Because I'm so symptomatic without eating any food, I have not yet had the testing - but eventually I will.
