I have been doing CS enemas for the past couple of days to target an inflammatory bowel disease flare up at the bottom of my intestines. I just emptied out a fleet enema bottle, wiped it down with alcohol, etc. and mixed 1 tsp of sovereign silver CS with an ounce or two of water. So far it's been helping.
