I just noticed your other post Jorge,
I found out I was lactose intolerant when I was 11 but have always taken the lactase enzymes. However, I cut out dairy and casein a couple months ago because I was suffering from migraines and brain fog, but who knows anymore what that is from. My migraines DID go away, (not now though because of possible die off) but my brain fog is still here. You are absolutely correct because I don't feel well guided. Thanks again! I Sent you a message about finding a holistic MD by the way!
