Hey Trap:

This looks wonderful, we cannot get Brazil nuts in Jordan so wondering if you can use any other nut? Glad for you to post here anytime.

I make this energy mix.

1/2 kilo of honey
2 Tablespoons of ginger powder
2 Tablespoons of ground black cumin seeds
2 Tablespoons of chopped assorted nuts (I use walnuts, almonds and pistaschios)

It is so delicious.
