Iolite, I can't take lugol's, as I am just on the upswing now of recovering from adrenal crash, 3 years ago.

Squeeky, I do know I have digestive weaknesses, among other things, so the digestive enzymes may very well be the answer. Yeah, I will try it! thank you!
