Have you done a saliva test to see how bad your AF is? You may have high cortisol and isocort is the wrong thing for that. Or you may have such low cortisol that isocort is too weak for you or you may be reacting to the echinacea in it.

Tough to know for sure, a 24 hr saliva test would really help figure things out.
