Amalgam may be more harmful, but composites with BPA are endocrine disruptors that have immediate effects on those that are hormone sensitive, like myself. I don't see much reporting about it, likely because people don't know that their problems may be from their composites. I think in the next couple of years, BPA from composites is going to blow up in the news.
