Dear Dr Hardy!

Read your recommendation below for gout....."Arnica is the best homeopathic remedy for gout
3 pellets 3 times a day
also use the hern hydrangia 2 caps 3 times a day.

Pl specify which Arnica potency should be taken? Also is "hern hydrangia" a homeopathic med as well? Which potency would you recommend please?
Asking for a person we know and very grateful for any help!
