In order to be able to post (without debate/nonsense from other forums), I am answering fireman1000 in this forum, from this crossposted thread): curezone.com/forums/am.asp

Greetings fireman1000!

Have started back trying again. I have chronic lyme and cannot detox. Lyme disease does not stop you from being able to "detox"...your body just needs you to be more knowledgeable and helpful.  The pain is unbearable and trying the coffee enemas again.  I'm sorry to hear the pain is that bad...coffee enemas can be extremely beneficial for pain (and there are other things you can use, topically & internally as well...more on that below).

Here is what I'm doing: organic coffee from walmart-- 1 cup of purified water in coffee maker with 4 tablespoons of the organic coffee in a filter and then adding 3 cups room temp purified water and mixing it altogether and dividing into 2 separate enemas of 2 cups each. It's ready to use at this point without waiting.

It seems as if you're making  two major errors  in the preparation.  Coffee enemas should NEVER be made with any type of "filter" or in any type of "coffee maker".  It is EXTREMELY important to make them correctly:

4 cups of water (must be distilled or reverse osmosis filtered) 4 Tablespoons of organic coffee (preferably from S.A. WilsonsCoffee Enema and Enema Supplies from s.a.Wilsons - they have 'gold roasted' organic coffee that is hybridized to contain ample amounts of the various phytochemicals that are most essential for coffee enemas.  It is not imperative to get the coffee from S.A. Wilsons, but it's much better)

The ground coffee and water go in a pot or tea kettle on the stove (must be a stainless, glass or enamel pot or kettle), bring it to a boil, then cover and turn down the heat, and simmer for 15 minutes  NEVER microwave.  Then cool and strain through a stainless fine mesh sieve (a paper filter will absorb many of the essential chemicals, and if the paper/filter is not organic, you'll be adding toxins to your solution).

You can make a strong solution (similar to what you're doing) and then add water  later.  The way you do this is to use 2 cups of water, 4 T of coffee...but with just 1 cup of water to 4T of coffee, there's not enough water, so all the chemicals in the coffee to assimilate into the water.

I can always hole the first one 15 mins but usually only 5 minutes for the repeat. Any suggestions??

--Make sure you're expelling ALL of the solution from the first enema (this can sometimes take 10-15 minutes.  Try several "toilet positions": many times placing one ankle on on knee or the other will help move the solution downward - sometimes "leaning back and stretching out your torso" will do it, or sitting very straight (as if standing), with only part of the buttocks on the edge of the toilet seat.

--Try inserting the tubing further (hence placing the solution higher in the colon) on the second enema.

--Rapid breathing (like with natural childbirth).  Many times when you feel the urge to expel, it can be easily stopped by rapiad 'in & out' breathing (I think it's more effectively done through the nose, but some find it better through the mouth).

--EFT !!!  More often than not, when I'm having difficulty retaining a CE, a quick round or two of EFT tapping is all I need :)

Also, I still am breaking out and having rashes and itches during the process and passed a really strange bloody parasite several hours afterward a couple of days ago. While it's not typical to have the rash/itch with CE's, it's not unheard of...it will lessen and stop as your body/liver detoxifies and regains the vital 'flow' it needs.   Your parasite (if by "bloody", you mean red in color) sounds like a liver fluke.  It is very common to expel them when doing a CE.  Dead/rotting carcasses in your liver are very toxic, and 'stirring up the toxins' & expelling them via CE, might be one of the possible reasons for your rash/itch.

How often can these be done without causing problems?? Dr. Gerson had his patients doing 4-5 coffee enemas daily...BUT, these people were doing a "full healing protocol" where all aspects of the protocol support the others.  I've never heard of anyone 'getting into trouble' doing 2 daily (2 CEs = 8 cups of properly prepared solution).  Do I need to be replacing electrolytes afterwards and maybe trace minerals?? This shouldn't be a problem if you're giving your body adequate nutrition via ample fresh juices & Superfood (and of course, ensuring assimilation by cleansing and healing your digestive tract).

Can this upset the flora in the digestive tract?? It's highly unlikely that 2 cups of solution placed 4-8 inches into the lowest part of your colon could upset the flora in the top 28 feet, eh?   I'm taking triflora per doc instructions  "per doc"?  Is this "doc's" recommendations yielding strong healing results?

The bugs are robbing me of everything anyway and causing severe chronic fatigue.
My new doc is trying to get my inflammation down before trying to kill the bugs because I've had unbelievable problems already.

I'm sorry to hear your "doc" is apparently so totally illogical.  You obviously know you have parasites & 'Lyme Borelliosis' - which causes inflammation)...they also rob you of nutrition.  The toxins they release cause MORE inflammation & fatigue, and they compromise your liver and the rest of your body.

Let's see here (thinking outloud)...how in the world is your "doc" planning on 'reducing inflammation', while ignoring the very things that CAUSE inflammation (?)... Lyme Borelliosis, parasites emitting toxins,a liver that's compromised -- and the lack of the vital fuel/nutrition your body needs to be able to function adequately daily (let alone enough nutrition/fuel for your body to fight Lyme & heal itself, or be able to reduce inflammation).

To relieve pain & inflammation - Deep Tissue Repair OIl topically (read all about how it works in the 2nd part of this post: Re: What is BF&C (for Tissue Repair) + Deep Tissue Repair Oil?

To relieve pain & inflammation (taken internally) - CAYENNE! (tincture or powder).  An excess in the body of "Subtance P" causes pain, inflammation (and anxiety) - Cayenne significantly lowers the level of Substance P!!

Google search on "Substance P +cayenne OR capsaicin OR capsicum": http://tinyurl.com/34t6s6o

I truly believe that you, your body (and your wallet) would be very happy if you'd read this post/information: ~!~ Schulze GEM! How to choose a protocol/teacher/book MUST READ

I don't know about you, but methinks something is seriously out of whack if you're putting your body & life/health into someone elses hands, paying them good money, and you have to ask laymen on the internet how to do a coffee enema correctly?  And if your "doc" hasn't told you (or doesn't know) about the pain & inflammation relieving powers of something as basic as "Cayenne" (especially when it's been used for centuries AND has been proven clinically)...well, I definitely be findin' myself another "doc".  It sounds to me like you'd be far better off without him/her :(

Wow, I just clicked on your posting history...you've been dealing with all this for FIVE years, had your gallbladder carved out and you're STILL suffering?  :::sigh::: I'm SO sorry this has happened, and that you've had to go through all this suffering.   When/if ever you're ready to take control of your body, life & health and learn how to heal yourself...this is the forum where you can learn how to do it!

Healthiest of blessings,

Unyquity
