Hi - just starting meds today since years of armour thyroid has left my tsh levels thru the roof.
I prefer the natural route...eat healthy - but in the last couple years having been gaining weight and can't get it off...all the fibromyalgia symtoms and severe exhaustion, so I'm going to take the meds for a few weeks and see.
Any advice? I've been taking 6-10 drops of Miracle-Mineral-Supplement w. citric acid (according to protocol by Humble) AT NIGHT (as it makes me sleepy! and can't take during the day... and seeing good results for other issues... could mms interfere w. these 2 drugs?
have tried vitamins...eating right...supplements and the armour thyroid wasn't helping. just so tired of being tired!
really appreciate any ideas...read on the forum that heavy metals are part of thyroid problem and so will get some ionic foot baths (those are amazing!)
