That makes a lot of sense, thank you! My goodness that morning was not fun! I think your recommendations make a lot of sense. I will be traveling a lot coming up soon, so for now I will just try to stick to as raw of a diet as my travels will allow and take liver and kidney support teas or supplements. When my schedule allows, I hope to complete the fast successfully and safely!
