Mine are capsules, but mine are a Russian-made generic. No reason for yours to look the same, would be kinda weird if they did!

On cola: lemonjuice water seems an OK alternative. Sugar cola = bad. Aspartame diet cola = OK.

As to how you take em, 200mgs is always taken together if you can tolerate it, but 400 may be taken as 200morning, 200evening. Doesn't have to be, but if you're worried about sideFX, probably best that way. Also, most 200mg regimens contain a loading dose of 400, but since you're worried, you should probably do that a couple days into the treatment, once you're more confident of your ability to tolerate the drug.

B-vitamins? Clueless, sorry.
