I have the same thing and I only have them on the left side, when I dry off with a towel and hit them they bust and bleed. I ahve been to two different doctor's one said it was from lifting to mush weight and the other said I have a skin dissorder and that was it he didnt say what you can do for it or nothing. He just giggled about it and said you will be fine your balls wont fall of.
