My ex bf was depressed, he tried many different big pHarma meds..he was still depressed, even on Prozac.


I tried treating him w Magnesium, I think there is a dosage on the site I posted (or google magnesium and depression)

He felt better after 2 weeks. And he is not the kind to admit he feels better easily.

I was very happy about the magnesium working when all kinds of meds did not work.

He had so many other problems he was a lost cause, but I recall the mag experiment being a positive experience in our relationship!

Extra mag wouldn't hurt anyway, and is not a quick fix. (he was supping with Lugol's Iodine which also helped his mood)
