ok, so I am back and it's day 9, my fast is supposed to end tomorrow, day 10, stil no BM, which is ok. I posted another thread about the detox symptoms, or the lack thereof in my case, I would appreciate comments and answers,( Chris and Mighty , where are ?) because I'm thinking about extnding the fast for this reason.
I am a bit confused as to what I should do or not
