Itra's hardly liver-friendly, but it won't tank your liver unless that's seriously messed up already.... I mean, hey, I've been hammering down 200mgs itra + 250mgs terbinafine daily for 3 months now, after spending the last few years drinking myself silly on a daily basis, and I'm still here and actually feeling better...

Now KETAconazole and FLUconazole did make my liver ache on occasion, but not itra. It's way milder on the sidefx.

TAKE THE ITRA. Do the 400mgs and see how you tolerate it, keep it up if you're feeling fine, and if you aren't, see if 200 does the trick.
