ooohhhhhh thank you i need so much help right now and I am so lonely and discouraged and i have to get the strength somehow to effect a kind of "food sobriety" in my life or else... destroy myself; and I am so miserable all the time cause I jsut can't stop putting food in my mouth over my anxiety... and so I need anything that just helps me CONCEIVE that I COULD exercise discipline, I am in such despair. Thank you very much for posting back. I do hope to hear from you.. interested , very, in your experience on the Water Fasting forum. Hoping for healing.
