sorry to hijack, but what you posted was very interesting. i always assumed that everyone on the scd was eating meat. i used to do very well on the scd up until a few years ago when i started reacting very badly to meats, even fish too. my gut seems to do very well with a lot of fats, but i always crash after eating meat. if you eliminate grains and meat, there isn't a whole lot left to eat except fruit, compliant yogurt and what else.
