Wow. 15 plus flushes is a lot. You have done well. I found it really helpful hearing about your experience with the flushes and tweaking things - everyone being different.

I have actually started to feel a bit better the past several days...feels like something has started to change for teh better.

The replies here have given me such good ideas and helpful background and I feel I am much better armed now to sort through the things I posted here and continue to recover. Thanks everybody!
