What worked for me was cleaning out the pancreas of pancreatic flukes and stones, ( Hulda Clark 's idea) cleaning out the liver and colon. That cleaned out the rest of my body. Half of my problem was the junk in my liver, colon, pancreas. High fructose corn syrup, junk food, white Sugar and white flour had to be eliminated, for the most part. The rest of what I've been doing is restorative nutrients that includes the essential omegas.

I'll have to translate this article into English.
