Hi. I'm going to be starting a Liver Flush soon, and just picked up my Epsom Salts . I just wanted to make sure I got the right ones... They look like they're in a milk carton or something, and I found them in the asile near all the bath crystals and whatnot in the store. On one side of the carton is says they're for soaking your feet or something, and then on the other side it says they can be used as a laxative... interesting. So, yeah, I just want to make sure that I'm not going to accidentally be using bath crystals on my liver flush. I was looking all over for "oral Epsom Salts " but couldn't find anything, and one of the people I asked about them ssaid these were the only Epsom Salts they had.

This look like the same stuff?
