I plan to start a three day juice fast tomorrow to ease myself into a water fast. Then I'll try to Water Fast to completion. There's a good chance I won't make it, but any time fasting is better than none, right?

Am I trying to fast to completion too soon? Should I start with shorter fasts or is this ok?
