Hi B,
I'll try the coconut oil.. I have some here, been using it as a moisturizer (makes a great lotion!) I have the same problem, when I react to stuff I can't sleep either, especially supplements. I thought I was the only one who had that problem! It's the worst!
I definately agree with B that high protein isn't the best for me for blood Sugar issues. I've seen a lot of articles saying high protien is best but so far no luck with that. I'm wondering if everyone's different as far as their diet in regards to blood sugar... I've seen people eat a steak by itself (no carbs) and then go for hours and be fine.. me I'd be on the floor after about 45 min... so I guess what works for each person is different?
B, have you tried magnesium citrate at all for blood sugar. This is another one that I can't do without.. It really works well.. from what i've read it citrate form is best for blood Sugar issues.. I'll see if I can find anything online about magnesium/blood sugar.
Thank you both for your replies :)
