My nails are horrible. I take Vit C, Calcium, Mag, Silica, MSM, Horsetail, hemp protein, kelp capsules and more, but nothing makes them grow. As soon as the nail grows a little bit, it is soft and weak with layers or splits. Before long they just tear and I have to cut it off. Any advice on what could be wrong?
